We protect lenders by issuing payments directly to subcontractors and suppliers, by collecting lien waivers, and immediate mechanics lien waiver coverage on funds disbursed. Our experienced construction team will accurately disburse each draw upon lender approval, keeping the lender’s and owner’s positions in good standing.
